TEC_1007: Creating Instructional Podcasts with GarageBand

Podcasts from iTunes and the Internet are great instructional tools for any grade level and subject area, but what if you haven’t been able to find the right podcasts for your classroom? You can solve this dilemma by learning how to make your own educational podcasts with GarageBand, a powerful audio recording program on your L4L MacBook. Participants in this course will learn how to plan, record, edit, enhance, and upload their own educational podcasts for students. Participants are expected to bring their L4L laptop to all classes. A $50.00 refundable registration fee is required to hold your seat. Please send the registration upon notification of acceptance to Instructional Technology, OIIT, 55 Malcolm X Boulevard, Roxbury, MA 02120, Attention: LeRoy Wong-Podcasts Course.
